Anshar Seraphim was 75% nonverbal at age 11 and his journey to connect to others led him to develop a special interest in psychology and neuroscience. Today, he teaches the business world communication and interpersonal dynamics along with the skills he learned on his journey to escape the isolation chamber of his autism. He often speaks on the importance of neurodiversity in the workplace, is a member of ‘The Octopus Movement’, a think tank of nonlinear and neurodivergent thinkers, and is an accomplished poet and public speaker. Anshar regularly participates in global discussions about neurodiversity and inclusion and advocates for the same.
