Welcome to our Live event! I'm Ed Parcaut, an best-selling author, coach, MBA, USN veteran, and CEO of Lending For Living, Inc. I'm excited to be joined by my co-host, Brian Galke, Founder of Subtle Skills. Together, we'll be discussing the topic of tonality in sales and how it affects your interactions with prospects and customers. Tonality is an essential component of effective communication in sales. It refers to the way a salesperson uses their voice to convey meaning and build rapport. By paying attention to your tone and adjusting it to the listener's needs, you can increase your chances of success in sales. One of the benefits of using the right tonality is in managing objections from prospects. A calm and reassuring tone can help address any concerns or objections they may have and create a more positive outcome for both parties. Additionally, nonverbal idioms, such as body language, gestures, and facial expressions, can also play a role in effective communication. Examples include "putting your foot in your mouth" or "sticking your neck out." Join us every Tuesday and Thursday at 10 AM PST / 1 PM EST for our weekly live events where we'll share insights and tips on sales and communication. Remember, the tone of your voice and your nonverbal cues are crucial in building strong relationships with your prospects and customers. So be mindful of how you communicate and use these skills to effectively manage objections and build trust.
